More than twenty lakh students sit for NEET every year. Almost every one of them wants the same thing — to be the person a family turns to on the worst day of their life. Very few of them start from the same place.
We believe in the right to dream. We also believe a dream should be settled by how hard somebody is willing to work for it, and not by what their family can afford to spend on it. NAADI AI exists because those two sentences are not currently true of NEET preparation in India.
The number that decides who becomes a doctor.
Serious NEET coaching in this country costs upwards of a lakh rupees a year, and a good deal more once hostel, travel and material are counted. For an enormous number of Indian families, that single number ends the conversation before it begins.
What follows is not that those students get a weaker preparation. It is that they get almost none — a stack of borrowed notes, a phone with too many tabs open, and no way of knowing whether any of it is working until the results are out and it is too late to do anything about it.
That price was never a reflection of what good teaching costs to deliver. It is a reflection of what a worried parent will pay.

The whole of NEET — Physics, Chemistry and Biology, every chapter, every past paper, adaptive practice, clinical reasoning, and an AI tutor that knows which chapter you are sitting in.
Nothing is held back for a higher tier, because there is no higher tier. No monthly billing and no price rise waiting for you next year. We did not set out to build a cheap alternative to serious preparation — we set out to build serious preparation, and then refused to price it like a luxury.
We wanted a system, not a syllabus.
There is no shortage of NEET material in India. There is a shortage of anybody knowing whether it is landing.
So we did not set out to publish study material. We set out to build a system in which the three people who actually determine how a student's year goes — the student, the teacher, and the parent — are inside one process instead of three disconnected ones. A parent sees progress, time spent, and the topics that are going wrong. A teacher sees the same picture for their own class. The student sees all of it, first.
And a linked adult deliberately sees less than the student does. A study tool that reports everything upward stops being a place a student is willing to be wrong in, and being willing to be wrong is the entire mechanism by which anybody learns anything.

AI is the largest change in how human beings learn since the printed textbook. Left to itself, it will reach the students who need it least, first: the ones already in the good schools, already in the expensive classes, already surrounded by people who can show them how.
We would rather it arrived the other way round — at the student in a small town, on a shared phone, who has decided they are going to be a doctor and has nobody around them who has ever done it.
We do not make anybody a doctor. The student does that, over two years, mostly alone, mostly late at night. What we can do is make sure that effort lands where it actually counts — and make sure the price of finding out was never the thing that stopped them.
