Legal
Terms & Conditions
What you are agreeing to when you use NAADI AI. We have kept it in plain English wherever the law lets us, and flagged the clauses people usually skim.
1. Who We are
1.1 NAADI AI is operated by Sirpi A S, of 97A Perambur Redhills Road, Kalpalayam, Kolathur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600099, India.
1.2 Contact: support@naadiai.in for anything about using NAADI AI; admin@naadiai.in for legal, privacy and grievance matters.
1.3 By creating an account or using NAADI AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. What NAADI AI is
2.1 NAADI AI is a NEET preparation platform: chapter study, clinical cases, past-paper practice, progress tracking, and an AI assistant called Nia.
2.2 It is preparation software, not a coaching institute. We do not guarantee a rank, a score, admission to any college, or any examination outcome. Any figure quoted anywhere on our website or in our marketing describes past users and predicts nothing about you.
2.3 NAADI AI does not provide medical advice. Content and answers exist for examination preparation only. See §13.
3. Who May Use it
3.1 You must be able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 — which means you must be eighteen or above.
3.2 A student under eighteen may use NAADI AI, but the account must be opened with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, and the parent or guardian is the contracting party. The student is an authorised user.
3.3 One account per person. Your account is yours alone — do not share your password, and do not let anybody else use it. See §12.
3.4 Give us accurate information. An account opened with false details may be suspended.
4. Your Account
4.1 You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has it.
4.2 You may close your account at any time — see §6.
4.3 We may suspend or close an account for the reasons in §15.
5. PLANS, Prices and Access
5.1 There is a free plan, and it is not a trial. It gives a limited set of chapters, cases and papers, and a limited number of conversations with Nia. It does not expire.
5.2 Paid plans:
| Plan | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Single Subject | ₹1,999 | One subject — Physics, Chemistry or Biology |
| Complete NEET | ₹4,999 | All subjects |
5.3 Prices are those displayed at checkout at the time you buy, and include any tax chargeable on that transaction. We may change prices; a change never affects a plan already bought, for the remainder of its term.
5.4 Access begins when payment is confirmed and runs for the term stated at checkout.
5.5 Each purchase is a separate transaction with its own term and its own refund window. There is no differential or top-up price between a Single Subject plan and Complete NEET — to cover more subjects, buy the remaining Single Subject plans at the price then displayed.
5.6 Purchases by a school, college or institute are governed by the Institutional Refund & Cancellation Policy and a signed order form, not by this section.
6. Closing Your Account
6.1 You may close your account at any time, from your profile in the app or at naadiai.in/delete-account. You do not need a reason and you do not need our agreement.
6.2 Closing it permanently removes your attempts, notes, progress and conversations. There is no restore, no grace period, and no way for us to bring it back.
6.3 If you are inside the refund window, any refund due is paid automatically as part of the same step. See the Refund Policy.
6.4 A guardian linked to you and the teachers of your class are told that you have begun closing it, and again once it is done. They cannot prevent it, and it never waits for them.
6.5 Certain records survive — an anonymised order record, a deletion record, and the pseudonymised content of shared conversations. They are listed in full in the Privacy Policy, §10.6.
6.6 Teacher accounts are not closed this way. A teacher's account owns classes, conversations and notes belonging to other people, so we action those by hand within seven working days of the request.
7. Payments
7.1 Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
7.2 If money leaves your account and access does not activate within thirty minutes, contact support with the payment reference. We will either activate the access or refund you in full.
8. Refunds
8.1 Seven days, any paid plan, full refund, no questions asked — for purchases made directly from us by a parent, guardian or adult student. The full terms, including the two ways a refund can arise, are in the Refund Policy at naadiai.in/refund.
8.2 Purchases by an institution are governed by the Institutional Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8.3 Where a refund is processed, the licence in §11 ends immediately.
9. Referrals
9.1 If somebody buys NAADI AI using your referral link, you earn 10% of what they paid.
9.2 A reward becomes earned and payable only after the referred purchase has passed its own seven-day refund window without being refunded.
9.3 Rewards are paid by hand over UPI and take up to forty-eight hours. Full terms are in the Referral Programme Terms at naadiai.in/referral-terms.
10. Schools and Teachers
10.1 Where your school enrols you, a teacher of your class can see your progress data — not your Nia conversations. The Privacy Policy §5 sets out exactly what a linked adult sees.
10.2 A teacher may see data only for students in their own class at their own school, and only where the link exists on both the teacher's record and the class record.
10.3 A school ending its own arrangement with us does not cancel a plan you bought yourself.
11. How You May Use the Content
11.1 Everything in NAADI AI — questions, solutions, explanations, generated study material, analytics and downloadable files — belongs to us or to our licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own preparation, for as long as your plan runs.
11.2 You must not:
- share your account, or let anyone else use it;
- bulk download, copy, screen-capture, scrape, crawl or automatically extract content;
- reproduce, redistribute, publish, resell or hand content to anybody else;
- get around, disable or attempt to defeat any technical restriction; or
- use our content to build, train or improve any competing product, dataset or machine-learning model.
11.3 Ordinary use, however heavy, is never a breach. Study as much as you like. §11.2 is about extraction and redistribution, not about how hard you work.
11.4 When your plan ends or your account closes, the licence ends. Delete anything you downloaded.
12. Your Conduct
12.1 Do not use NAADI AI to harass anybody, to post unlawful content, to impersonate somebody else, or to interfere with the Service or its security.
12.2 Do not attempt to make Nia produce content outside NEET preparation, and do not attempt to bypass its safety controls.
12.3 We may remove content and suspend accounts for breaches of this section.
13. NIA — AI Disclosure
This is our AI disclosure for the purposes of Google Play's AI-generated content policy and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Amendment Rules, 2026. It is also published within the app itself.
13.1 Nia is an artificial intelligence assistant, not a person. Every answer it gives is generated by a machine, and every answer is labelled as such where it appears.
13.2 Nia is powered by DeepSeek, whose servers are outside India. What is sent and what is not is set out in the Privacy Policy §4.
13.3 Nia can be wrong. It can state something confidently and incorrectly. Check anything that matters against your textbook or your teacher.
13.4 Nia is not a doctor and gives no medical advice. It will not diagnose, will not recommend treatment, and its answers about symptoms, conditions or medicines exist only to help you answer examination questions.
13.5 You can report any answer, from the app, using the report control beside it. Reports come to us, not to your teacher, because a bad answer is ours to fix.
13.6 Your messages to Nia are checked automatically for safety before they are answered, and a human reads one only where it has been reported or flagged. See Privacy Policy §9.
13.7 Nia is not a substitute for a teacher, a doctor, or your own judgement.
14. Availability
14.1 We aim to keep NAADI AI available at all times but do not guarantee it. There will be maintenance, and there will be faults.
14.2 We may add, change, improve or remove features. If we permanently remove something substantial that you paid for, and do not replace it with something equivalent, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund — see the Refund Policy.
15. Suspension and Termination
15.1 We may suspend, restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, fraud, account sharing, misuse, scraping or unauthorised extraction of content, attempts to circumvent technical restrictions, unlawful use, material breach of these Terms, or conduct creating a material security, privacy or operational risk.
15.2 Where we close an account for your material breach, you are not entitled to a refund merely because access has ended.
15.3 We will tell you why, unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
16. Liability
16.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
16.2 Subject to §16.1, our total liability to you in connection with NAADI AI is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
16.3 We are not liable for examination results, admission outcomes, or decisions you take on the basis of anything in the Service — including anything Nia says.
17. Changes to These Terms
17.1 We may update these Terms. The revised version takes effect when published at naadiai.in/terms.
17.2 A purchase is governed by the version in effect on the date it was made.
17.3 If a change materially reduces your rights, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
18. Governing Law
18.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
18.2 Subject to §18.3, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
18.3 Nothing in §18.2 restricts a consumer's right to approach a District, State or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission having jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including one where the consumer resides or works.
19. Grievance Redressal
19.1 Complaints go to admin@naadiai.in.
19.2 Grievance Officer, appointed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:
- Name: Sirpi A S
- Designation: Founder & Grievance Officer
- Email: admin@naadiai.in
- Address: 97A Perambur Redhills Road, Kalpalayam, Kolathur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600099, India
19.3 Acknowledged within forty-eight hours; redressed within one month of receipt.
20. General
20.1 These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and — for institutions — the signed order form, are the whole agreement between us.
20.2 If any provision is held invalid, the rest continues to apply.
20.3 Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
